New visual identity signals, even stronger support

May 2010As you can see from this issue of Highlights, FLSmidth has implemented a visual identity programme that is putting a new face on virtually all of our customer communications, from ads and marketing materials to our website. This new image expresses values that are much more than skin deep – that are indeed the very foundation of our long tradition of service. FLSmidth is a leading supplier to the cement and the minerals industries worldwide. We are deeply committed to maintaining and improving our unique ability to serve as a single-source supplier for all your needs. Every aspect of our new identity programme is designed to support and communicate this central promise, which is summed up in our new tagline: One Source.

This is why, for example, you will notice a streamlined approach to our company name. We still have a range of business units, but they will increasingly be designated simply as “FLSmidth” in order to signal unmistakably that we are one company united by a common commitment to quality service. Similarly, FLSmidth is bringing all of its product and service offerings together onto one website, which will make it easier to fi nd all the information you need in one place.
Additionally, nearly every page of our consolidated website provides accurate and direct contact information for local offi ces, sales representatives and support staff who are available to help with your specifi c concerns. Read more on page 9.
